Amy Schoppman is the Director of Government Relations for the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA). She has represented the automotive mobility industry before the federal government and various state governments since 2010; contributed significantly to the passage and implementation of the Veterans Mobility Safety Act; consults on agency handbooks, guidance documents, and other publications related to innovative and accessible vehicle modifications; and is interviewed and speaks regularly regarding emerging technologies and paradigm shifts within the automotive industry.

Prior to her position with NMEDA, Amy represented multiple nonprofit/tax-exempt organizations as a Washington, DC-based lobbyist with the law firm of Webster Chamberlain & Bean, LLP.
