Brian is responsible for leading Panera’s distribution and logistics efforts for both Panera’s Fresh Dough Facilities and its last-mile distribution network, as well as the sourcing of one of Panera’s largest food categories - produce. Panera’s network consists of 31 distribution facilities across the domestic US, delivering over 40MM cases to over 2,200 cafes daily. Prior to joining Panera, Brian spent four-plus (4+) years supporting Chick-fil-A and Bloomin Brands through their recent supply chain transformations in a 4PL consultative capacity with Armada. Previously, Brian spent 16 years at Darden Restaurants primarily in brand development, purchasing and supply chain management roles. Brian helped design and lead Darden’s supply chain through its S.C. Transformation, creating a sustainable competitive advantage for Darden. Brian began his career at TGI Friday's in restaurant operations for eight years.
Brian holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, as well as a B.S. degree in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Central Florida, as well. Brian enjoys spending time with his family, especially his kid’s activities. While Brian is a horrible golfer, he enjoys spending time on the course when he can.
