Jason leads the Workforce Administration team at Cox Automotive with responsibility for process and administration management for the areas of benefits, wellness, compensation, staffing, performance, and development. Jason’s team also coordinates career and life events, working across the Cox Automotive People Solutions group as well as across the Cox Enterprises family. Jason joined Cox in 2016.
Jason worked for The Home Depot in customer-facing and business-facing roles, such as Merchandising and Operations Manager and helping to build out the HR Shared Service Center. Jason spent 14 years in entertainment and events, including 6 years and Six Flags Amusement Parks, where he developed a passion for employee development and engagement that continues in his current role. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Management and Finance from Clark Atlanta University. Jason currently lives in the Orlando area with his wife and three daughters. He loves to explore new things, including bike trails, theme parks and deep-sea fishing. |
