Kristy Swegheimer serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Qualus Power Services.
She is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources department for Qualus Power Services and its subsidiary companies. With over 20 years of human resources experience, Swegheimer’s expertise lies in executive leadership & management development, employee training & development, talent acquisition & retention and change management execution within M&A activities. Prior to the merger, Swegheimer joined Power Grid Engineering in 2017 as the Director of Human Resources to play an integral role for company growth. Swegheimer gained proven experience as Director of Human Resources for Newport Group, a financial services organization with over 1,200 employees in 10 states. Swegheimer has successfully led multiple company mergers & acquisitions while providing a clear integration strategy for its leadership. Swegheimer holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
