Senoir Director Shared Service Applications Support Area of Expertise

I am currently the Sr. Director of Shared Services application support at Acosta in Jacksonville, FL. My team is responsible for application and systems support of shared service applications (ERP, HCM, Salesforce, etc.). Prior to Acosta, I worked at L.L.Bean, in Freeport, ME, for 13 years. Beginning as Desktop support manager where my team provided engineering and technical support for all of L.L. Bean’s end-user computing equipment, both domestically and internationally and moving to Business Relationship manager support working with fulfillment and manufacturing, responsible for all software and hardware to produce product and fulfill orders. This included desktops, RF devices, printers, etc. and software (Warehouse mgmt. and conveyor, sorting equipment software).
Before moving to Maine, I lived in Southern California and worked as the senior manager of the help desk, procurement, and change management at Warner Music Group in Burbank, CA. I began my career as a desktop support technician and project manager at the BP Amoco Research Center in Naperville, IL. I earned my BS in computer science from Bryant University and my MBA from Pepperdine University. I have also obtained my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) Certification. |
