Lee Ann McCullough-Wham

Innovation in Regulated Industries
Lee Ann McCullough-Wham is the Program Manager of Environmental Resource Management for Brevard County’s Natural Resources department. She joined Brevard County in 2006 after leaving the US Department of Agriculture, logging over 16 years of public service in total. Her section of the department is responsible for ecological services, permitting, and enforcement. Development within environmentally sensitive areas requires excellent communication between local, state, and federal agencies.

McCullough-Wham has built a reputation as an interagency collaborator. In addition to her Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, she is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Institute. She is currently a green belt for Lean Six Sigma and working on her yellow belt. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, reading, creating artwork, and volunteering with the Girl Scouts.
